• Add or update your company description – Update by October 10, 2018 for inclusion in the show guide
• Upgrade your exhibitor listing to access pre-show online leads
• Order services such as electrical, lead retrieval, carpet, furniture, etc. – for access to discounts from Freeman, please order by October 22, 2018

Purchasing a booth for CLEAN GULF does not automatically register your booth personnel.  We encourage you to pre-register all staff in order to save time when you arrive onsite! Your exhibit space comes with unlimited booth personnel and a deep discount for upgrading to a full conference pass. We encourage you to register at least one member of your staff with a full conference pass to get access to the conference sessions.  This is where buyers will be hanging out during conference hours and is a great opportunity to network!

Unfortunately, exhibitors are periodically contacted by non-official contractors to offer them “better deals” on items and services at the CLEAN GULF Conference & Exhibition. Please know that CLEAN GULF only contracts with and endorses the Official Service Contractors listed below.

EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR (EAC)
If you choose to use a non-official contractor they must register in advance with CLEAN GULF as an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (see the EAC Form and Guidelines). All show rules and regulations must be followed and proof of insurance is required prior to being allowed on show floor.

Please note: CLEAN GULF has designated MCI USA as the only housing provider for CLEAN GULF. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of CLEAN GULF and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than MCI USA or CLEAN GULF, please let us know.

ATTENDEE LISTS
CLEAN GULF does not make the attendee list available to any third parties due to privacy concerns of our attendees, and access to the attendee list is only available directly through CLEAN GULF. Any company or vendor reaching out to you to purchase or rent the attendee list is not a legitimate company and you will not be getting the official attendee list of the conference. EXHIBITOR SCAM WARNINGS
Beware of marketing offers from Construct Data (The Fair Guide) and similar companies – the offers look official and the invoices appear legitimate, but they are not. Construct Data Verlag AG of Austria, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV of Mexico and similar companies target U.S. tradeshow exhibitors. They offer advertising space on The Fair Guide and/or Expo Guide websites, using a form which resembles an organizer’s free catalog listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. The companies typically make it appear they received your information from CG and that there is a connection between their “Guide” and CG. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless canceled by registered letter within the appropriate period.
